Md. Rafiqul Islam, the Chairman & Managing Director of the Group is a very well known businessman & industrialist from the northern Bangladesh settled at the capital City Dhaka. After completing his education at Rajshahi University he decided to expand the ancestral business and doing something far beyond that. He started the carrier with trading both international & domestic and gradually shifted to establishment of industries.
Under the banner of Aman Group Limited, he pioneered the establishment Cold Storage Ltd in 1997 under the Group and later on shifted to diversify industries within a short span of time. He felt that as a well to do man in the society he has some responsibility towards the down trodden men of the society and the country at large. As such he decided to go for large industries for generating huge employment and contributing to the GDP and National Income of the country with whatever share that may be available for the Group. With this notion in mind he overviewed the demands of various industrial items in the domestic market and engaged in the establishment of Cement, Cold Storages and thereafter to Feed mill, Poultry & Hatchery, Spinning and RMG, Packaging & Accessories.
Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam though in the late forties is still young, energetic and has been rated as all through dynamic in thoughts and works compatriots.
Md. Shofiqul Islam
Director
Md. Shofiqul Islam, one of the Directors of the Group and brother of Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam is a young, energetic and dynamic person and has proved to be a perfect aide to the Chairman & Managing Director of the Group. The huge international and domestic trading business of the Group is looked after single handedly by him under the leadership of the Managing Director of the Group. Besides this he has been performing all works related to the industries under the Group where he is the Managing Director.
As an active member of the Group he participates and takes part in the decision making meetings and has been contributing substantially to the growth of the companies.
Md. Toufiqul Islam
Director
Md. Toufiqul Islam is another Director of the Group & brother of Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam the Chairman & Managing Director of the Group. He is a young, energetic and dynamic person. He is principally associated with Group as a Technical Director in finding out the technical matters and feasibility related to the machinery to be imported for any project. He holds Directorship of all the private limited companies of the Group.
As an active participant of the meetings of the Board of Directors he contributes invaluable opinions for the growth and betterment of the Group.
Md Toriqul Islam
Director
Md Toriqul Islam , Youngest Director of the Group, son of Group Chairman & Managing Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam. He is the second generation of the family entering in to the Group operations ever since the Group started flourishing. Being born into a family that started establishment of industries along with the ancestral business of national & international trading, Mr Toriqul Islam is relied upon to show truly inherent creative faculty for establishment of more industries and lead the international businesses towards steeper curve showing advancement of the Group for a position at the top of all in these fields.
